Responsibilities

• Perform inspection activities relating to incoming materials (e.g., copper, breakers), in-process inspection, final inspection, pre-dispatch and dispatch inspection.
• Conduct verification activities for the 1st off inspection and in-process checks on all processes.
• Perform hourly checks on defined critical processes to ensure quality consistency.
• Maintain full-time inspection focus on the assigned area, covering 100% quality checks as per established inspection checkpoints.
• Support in the conduct of in-process checks during work-in-progress activities by production members.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
• Identify issues related to quality, health and safety and environmental noncompliance and prepare the necessary reports.
