The Manufacturing Quality Engineer is responsible for end‑to‑product and process quality within the HVDC transformer manufacturing value stream, from core and winding through to final Assembly and FAT. The role ensures compliance with customer specifications, internal standards, and ISO 9001, and drives continuous improvement to achieve zero‑defect Framework, safe and on‑time delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Execute and oversee daily in‑process and final quality assurance activities across core, winding, insulation, tanking, assembly, drying, oil filling and testing areas.
+ Deploy and maintain quality control plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and 5S/cleanliness standards, ensuring robust controls at all critical‑to‑quality stages.
+ Lead investigation of nonconformities (NCRs), perform structured root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
