Your shift will be Monday through Thursday from 3:45 pm to 2:15 am, starting with a detailed turnover from the previous shift. Energize your team with daily toolbox meetings that emphasize Safety, Quality, and shift assignments. Your hands-on approach will keep you visible on the floor, assisting your team as needed and performing safety observations. Empower your operators to uphold safe working practices while fostering a culture of positive coaching and collaboration.
