Position Overview


Shaw Industries is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead efforts in process improvement objectives in our Synthetic Turf tufting manufacturing process.


This Bainbridge, GA–based role puts you at the center of manufacturing the next generation of turf systems—supporting process improvement, quality, safety, and product development for two of the most trusted brands in the industry.


Responsibilities:

+ Provide engineering support, troubleshooting, testing, and solutions to Turf department and leadership on a daily basis. Support is aimed at improving process quality, output, efficiency, safety, and cost savings.

+ Ensure effective communication and coordination of Process Improvement efforts across production, technical, reliability, and leadership staff.
