**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Planning Manager (Level 5) for the Tactical Missile Launcher Programs team. Our team is responsible for managing manufacturing planning for M270 and HIMARS programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Planning Manager (Level 5) you will be responsible for leading the planning function that drives production success across our missile launcher portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead manufacturing planners and associate managers for M270 and HIMARS programs.
+ Develop and track monthly, annual, and long‑range production plans to meet contractual milestones.
+ Coordinate recruitment, training, performance assessments, and workforce management for the planning team.
+ Conduct impact analysis and communicate plan changes to program management and production leadership.
+ Ensure accurate labor charging and compliance with internal operating procedures.
