**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager (Level 4) for the PAC‑3 Transition to Production, Development, Resilience, and Japan. Our team is responsible for owning and maintaining the schedule for contractual deliverables.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for managing a highly talented team of Supply and Demand Planners.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing, engineering, and quality counterparts to identify and react to changing needs and priorities defined by the Program.
+ Attend multiple meetings in support of programs and manufacturing management, assigning personnel to support internal operation plan (IOP) and critical schedule milestones.
+ Travel and communicate with all production sites as required.
+ Work outside of normal operating hours when necessary.
