An employer in the Greater Seattle Area is actively seeking a Manufacturing Operations Trainer to join their Assembly Advisement Team in an onsite role in Renton, WA. The candidates selected for this role will be applying their experience within manufacturing and Assembly to help develop new-hires and existing employees, as well as drive performance improvements within their production systems. These candidates will be responsible for assisting the Manufacturing and Quality teams with developing training plans for new hires in the field and serving as a mentor to build familiarity with the Flight Line and their daily duties. They are expected to provide instruction, modeling, and opportunities for observation to newer team members, and reinforce progress and development.
