Job Description:

1. Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire manufacturing. Handling production, supply chains and warehouse.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and timelines and project execution.
3. Develop and implement production plans in coordination with demand forecasts.
4. Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
5. Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Develop and manage budgets for plant operations.
