SCOPE
All functions, duties, and responsibilities of the Divisional Manufacturing Manager. Reports to the Divisional CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline/industry. Business Administration Qualification (MDP/MAP/PDM) Diploma/Degree in Operations and Quality Management Minimum of 15 years’ experience working in the Manufacturing Industry

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES Detailed knowledge of Electrical Transmission and Distribution Systems. Detailed knowledge and experience of Operations and Maintenance of Distribution Transformers industry. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communications skills. Able to organize, plan and monitor all aspects of the work.

AUTHORITY To co-sign Purchase Requisitions as per Group and Distribution Transformers Procurement Policies. 2 Appointee for the Division’s manufacturing facilities.
