Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Operations:
Lead end-to-end operations including cutting, crimping, sub-assembly, final assembly, and inspections. Manage a large workforce across multiple shifts to achieve production targets. Ensure operational discipline, standardization, and consistent performance. Labor & Productivity Management:
Optimize manpower utilization, attendance, and skill development programs. Drive productivity improvements (JPH, labor efficiency) while maintaining safety and quality. Control labor costs, overtime, absenteeism, and attrition. Lead line balancing and takt time improvement projects. Quality, Safety & Compliance:
