Your Job 

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the production and engineering functions for the ICM product line, operating on a manual assembly line. This role is essential for establishing new manufacturing lines, integrating advanced technologies such as SMT, dispensing systems, and functional testers, and ensuring seamless collaboration between production and engineering teams to drive quality, efficiency, and performance.

You will be part of the Manual Assembly department, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
