A high‑growth Australian manufacturer is entering a pivotal scale‑up phase and is seeking a senior, commercially minded Head of Manufacturing to help scale and grow the production capabilities of the organisation. Currently operating out of 1 site they are looking at expansion to a multi site national footprint in the next 5 years. 
This is not a steady‑state role. It is a transformation and performance mandate for a leader who knows how to turn factories into a unified, high‑performing system that can support accelerated growth.

The Opportunity Reporting to the executive team, you will take full accountability for manufacturing performance across multiple sites nationally.
