Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the site leadership team to collaboratively set strategies; generate master plan activities, employee engagement activities, and loss elimination ideas; and ensure the target results are delivered.
• Develop the cultural vision that provides the foundation for the IWS journey at the site.
• Continuously expand and enhance IWS knowledge levels.
