Position Overview

Business Unit: EPSMobility
Role: 
The Manufacturing Line Manager will lead daily operations of one or more EV traction motor production lines, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing. You will manage shift teams, drive OEE/FPY, meet OTIF delivery, control scrap and costs, and collaborate cross?functionally (ME, Maintenance, SQE, Quality, EHS) to stabilize and scale production from pilot to mass manufacture.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance (EHS)
Enforce a zero?harm culture; lead daily safety huddles, LOTO, chemical/resin handling protocols, and HV test area controls.
Ensure machine guarding, interlocks, ergonomics, and PPE compliance; conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) and safety Gemba walks.
Maintain compliance with site EHS, electrical safety for EOL testing (hipot/IR/PD), laser safety, and statutory requirements; close findings on time.
