Manufacturing General Site Manager (Syspro ERP), Benoni, Rneg + ben Qualifications Qualification in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or Business Management. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment , including at least 5 years in a senior management role. Demonstrated experience managing a highly mechanised plant with responsibility for production, maintenance, quality and operational performance. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimisation principles.
