The Manufacturing Excellence Manager drives operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, and OEE monitoring . This role leads site-wide performance improvements, mentors teams on structured problem-solving, and standardizes processes to enhance productivity, safety, and overall manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Drive Kaizen, SMED, and 5S projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste and costs.
