**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a dynamic and results-driven F-35 Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager to lead a team within the F-35 Production Engineering (PE) Planning organization. This second‑shift leadership role oversees the Liaison Planning team comprised of 13+ Manufacturing Planners and 1 Manufacturing Engineer; supporting Production Operations across second shift. This team coordinates closely across multiple organizations including Production Operations, MRB, Quality, as well as with their Liaison and Office Planning counterparts to establish high quality work instructions for execution of both standard and non-standard work. This team will also be responsible for executing continuous improvement initiatives to continue to improve PE processes, using KPIs to drive performance and accountability, and supporting Production Operations customers across multiple build areas.
