Job Description

Oversees industrialization processes based on specific technologies by developing and executing new product and continuous improvement processes based on AOP and growth projections for the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to maintain updated the documentation of the processes (SOS, SCS, PFME)
• Responsible to develop, audit, follow and keep updated PFMEA and processes standards based on manufacturing documentation
• Responsible Setup compliance
• Responsible to making time and give suport in PPH compliance.
• Responsible of quick kaizen, knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process
• Partner with maintenance Eng. /Technician for trouble shooting analysis for key/critical equipment
• Improve processes controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
