You will be the Manufacturing Engineer cable and harness subject matter expert for the Archbald Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑mix, high‑volume wiring harness, and electro‑assemblies production across multi‑shift facilities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible
for driving process stability, improving productivity, and
ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing
environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for wiring harnesses assembly production.
+ Lead root‑cause investigations and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework.
+ Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve on‑time delivery and compliance with specifications.
