Position Overview
Responsibilities - Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to overcome technical, quality, and production challenges.
- Innovate and implement advanced manufacturing methods, processes, and test equipment for both new and existing systems.
- Ensure the production of high-quality products by effectively managing materials, equipment, and processes.
- Partner closely with our US engineering team to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Transfer initiatives.
- Oversee the timely release of critical documentation and reports to ensure smooth production readiness.
- Provide hands‑on technical support during assembly and final testing on the production floor.
- Drive the creation and deployment of work instructions within our manufacturing execution system.
