This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch of new aerospace components, driving process excellence and ensuring robust product introduction.

The Role:
You will lead the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process-from RFQ through to production readiness-ensuring all projects meet customer, regulatory, and quality expectations. Working closely with CNC Programmers, production teams, and suppliers, you'll optimise processes, resolve technical challenges, and support continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.
