Key Responsibilty
Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems. Serve as the primary technical authority for complex manufacturing challenges and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower costs. Collaborate closely with design, R&D, quality, and operations teams to ensure product manufacturability and smooth production rampups. Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Lead equipment selection, validation, and commissioning, ensuring processes meet performance and quality targets.
