Position Overview

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SMT manufacturing processes to support Resideo’s operational excellence goals, ensuring high-quality, cost-efficient, and reliable production. This role contributes to meeting customer expectations and business objectives by optimizing performance indicators such as yield, OEE, and scrap, while supporting new product introductions and fostering continuous improvement aligned with the Resideo Operating System (ROS).

JOB DUTIES:
Develop, maintain, and improve SMT programs (DEK, SPI, Placement, Reflow, AOI) to ensure consistent process performance.
Optimize SMT lines to meet production requirements, balancing efficiency, capacity, and product mix.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce scrap, and improve overall process efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve SMT process issues, ensuring timely recovery of production.
