You guide the industrialization of new, complex cable products and ensure they can be produced efficiently and without errors. During the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, you are responsible for work preparation and translate designs into practical, executable production steps.

You create work instructions (TPDs) and ensure the correct setup of cutting, stripping, and crimping machines so operators can get started right away.
