This role supports manufacturing through process definition, engineering trials, data analysis, SPC, and training, while resolving recurring quality and process issues through root cause analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Improve ceramic material removal, repair, strengthening and inspection processes
+ Create and maintain clear standard operating procedures for manufacturing staff
+ Identify and resolve the root causes of quality and process issues
+ Apply statistical process control to detect and prevent nonconformances
+ Test and evaluate new materials, tools, and equipment
+ Train manufacturing personnel on documented process changes
