Responsibilities
Development of new product manufacturing processes.Programming, setting and running CNC equipment.Creation of manufacturing standard operating procedures.Identify improvement to existing manufacturing processes and equipment.Purchase of new/replacement manufacturing equipment.Completion of NCR’s.Support root cause analysis. Qualifications
Education:
HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline and/or proven work experience in a similar role.Experience:
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).Experienced programming, setting and operating, Multi axis milling, turning and grinding machines.A good understanding of Heidenhain and Mazatrol controls would be advantageous, but not essential.Experienced in the use of insp...
