Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Food Sector manufacturing strategy on an international basis, delivering against all KPI's whilst developing a growing team.
- Champion the development of Group Operational plans.
- Focus the department upon efficiency increases through manufacturing and manpower budgeting.
- Deliver the current capital expenditure programmes and identify further opportunities for step change improvements.
- Enable the empowerment of first line staff through KPI management.
- Lead and champion a Quality culture within the Company.
- Evaluate performance and react accordingly.
- Approve new product concepts and review their development cycle.
- Create a culture of best practice and motivation through exceptional people management.
