Drive, grow, and manage a team.Setting yearly plans and goals for multiple departments and senior Management, to achieve established objectives.Developing a development strategy to streamline the process and steps in production to ensure that the organization's work processes are efficient.Preventing planning and solving technical problems that occur in the factory, to support operations to be smooth, continuous, and with maximum efficiency.Establishing a quality assurance policy and strategy to strengthen product quality.
