The Manufacturing Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce qualify processes that meets or exceeds IPC standards. This position is key to company quality standards.

+ Place electronic components into printed circuit board following detailed instruction.

+ Inspect and quality check own work and the work of others

+ Ensure that products meet all customer and regulatory requirements.

+ Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team and manager as needed.
