**What You’ll Be Doing**

No two shifts are the same. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving efficiently by:

+ Inspecting, repairing, and assembling components
+ Operating machinery, including CNC and conventional equipment
+ Reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
+ Preparing and handling materials
+ Performing preventative maintenance checks at the start of each shift
+ Supporting production goals and overall team success
+ Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed

This role is active and hands-on, requiring regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, with team lifting when needed.
