Position Overview

We are looking for a Manual Tester (STB/TV/OTT)  with 2–5 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of STB/OTT ecosystems, performance testing, soak testing, UI validation, and cross‑device behaviour. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product managers, and clients, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality releases and a seamless end‑to‑end user experience. 
Responsibilities  
Conduct functional, UI, performance, regression and soak testing  for OTT platforms. 
Manage and guide the performance testing team  to ensure consistent test execution and reliable results. 
Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports  in alignment with project requirements. 
Analyse logs (STB logs, device logs, server logs) to identify root causes and quality issues.
