Position Overview
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Recruit Mandarin-speaking talent across China, Taiwan, Singapore, and other Chinese-speaking markets.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely candidate feedback.
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
