Conduct comprehensive client document verification (KYC) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including following up on incomplete applications and assisting with client reactivation initiatives.
Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records and data within CRM systems.
Communicate product updates, promotional campaigns, market developments, and relevant information to clients.
Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, including lead management, sales pipeline monitoring, and client retention activities.
Coordinate closely with Operations, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client requests and account-related matters are resolved within established service levels.
