Overall Purpose

We are seeking an independent and detail-oriented contracting professional to lead procurement contracting projects within the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle. You will apply strong analytical skills, business judgment, and contracting expertise to deliver high-quality agreements, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with client requirements and playbook guidelines. In this role, you will independently lead contracting projects of increasing complexity, own redlining and negotiation of legal and commercial terms, and advise stakeholders on contract interpretation and governance. You will also champion the use of AI and digital tools to accelerate contract review, enhance reporting, and ensure accuracy across deliverables.
