Role Summary:

This position is for an exciting role with a large international sports retailer client. The role will be responsible for analyzing a wide variety of contract requests from client’s business users, communicating with legal and business stakeholders to gather required information, navigating and managing requests within the client’s CLM tool, as well as drafting and negotiations NDAs, Work Orders, MSAs and other agreement types. All tasks will be performed in both Mandarin and English.
