This individual will play a critical role in guiding patients through every stage of their fertility journey, from initial assessment through treatment, early pregnancy monitoring, and education. The IVF Nurse Coordinator will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care while managing treatment protocols, medications, and care coordination. Day-to-Day:
 • Coordinate and manage individualized IVF and fertility treatment plans
 • Assess patient medical histories and reproductive health; document in EMR
