Overall responsibility for day‑to‑day operational management of two Management Companies, each with a CIS and an ETF scheme, ensuring effective execution of governance, regulatory and operational requirements under CISCA, FSCA and JSE frameworks.

Core Responsibilities Manco Operations Oversee transfer agency of the Manco including financial intermediaries, pension funds and direct discretionary retail clients. Responsible for new fund onboarding, offboarding, ballots, amalgamations and other corporate actions. Responsible for fund pricing governance. Responsible for the fund distribution process. Owner of all regulatory collateral associated with the Manco including MDD’s, GIR’s and Investor Forms. Oversee outsourced service providers as it relates to the Manco, monitoring performance against agreed SLAs and escalating issues where standards are not met.
