A leading Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Managing Quantity Surveyor to join its senior commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across hospitality, commercial, retail, aviation, and luxury residential sectors within the UAE.
The role reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Managing QS will take full responsibility for the commercial management of multiple large-scale fit-out projects from pre-contract through to final account. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors while ensuring profitability, risk management, contractual compliance, and commercial success across the business.
