ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for providing leadership and strategic directions in managing the executive corporate functions and trading business of the Company. These include (but are not limited to) the following:

(1) Corporate Matters

• Develop and implement corporate policies, regulations, mission and vision (taking into account relevant Group policies and regulations of the Parent Company Mitsubishi Corporation).
• Motivate and align staff behavior and performance with corporate policies, regulations, mission and vision.
• Liaise with affiliated companies in the Mitsubishi Corporation Group, coordinate Group/corporate matters, representing the Company at Group level, prepare management reports to the Parent Company.

(2) Compliance Functions

• Conduct internal investigations on compliance related matters as and when required.
