Main accountabilities include:

Full P&L responsibility for the region; manage the financial resources allocated to the region and team.

Positioning of our Lighting Brands in the market and increasing market share.

Reach sales / profit targets and maximise sustainable profitable growth in the region.

Maintain close relation and hands-on attitude with customers and team members in the region.

Take an active role in the management of major/key customers and major projects within the region.
