Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to achieve long-term business objectives with full P amp L and cash-flow accountability. Build and lead a high-performing organization driving employee engagement in alignment with regional strategy while driving all required efforts to leverage the growth potential in Africa. Define and execute business strategy in close coordination with EMEA leadership and GHQ ensuring robust financial and management reporting.
