Strategic & Business Leadership
Full ownership and accountability for the Business Unit P&L, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, revenue growth and financial targets.Define and implement the long-term business strategy for the Business Unit division across Iberia and selected international markets.Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue streams to support sustainable growth and monetisation.Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.Support the assessment, negotiation and integration of potential M&A opportunities, joint ventures or strategic alliances within the entertainment sector.Continuously monitor market trends, audience behaviour and competitive dynamics to position the business unit as a leading player within the Business Unit and live entertainment space.
