Scope

• Full P&L responsibility of the logistics operations in LATAM—Revenue and Gross Margin/EBITDA
• Accountable for the fiscal and operational oversight, leadership, direction and overall management of LATAM;
  and sales of diverse products and services in large markets to ensure that growth and profitability goals and objectives are met
• Responsible for implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Work closely with and provide leadership to departmental Directors responsible for operations, sales, customer services and transport
• Responsible for the strategic development of ocean and air freight services, trade lanes and customer portfolio
• Develop and improve operational procedures across multiple offices in Latin American countries
