£170,000 – £200,000 Base + Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension

We’re partnering with a top-tier change and transformation consultancy recognised for delivering large-scale, outcome-led programmes across complex global environments.

They are now seeking a senior Consulting Leader to own and grow a flagship Life Sciences portfolio , taking full responsibility for strategic client relationships, revenue growth, and delivery excellence across major Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences organisations.

• A Managing Director / Partner / Senior Director within a consultancy or professional services firm
• Currently leading Life Sciences client accounts with £5m+ annual revenue
