Managing Consultant – Group Benefits

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client‑focused Managing Consultant to manage and grow a portfolio of group benefits clients. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, delivering tailored solutions, actionable insights, and exceptional service to plan sponsors and administrators. Responsibilities

Set strategic consulting plans for client relationships. Identify cross‑sell opportunities that add value for clients. Review plan performance and client files to understand the claims experience.
