The Role
This is a Managing Consultant position, but like everything here, it’s built around you.
Typically, you will:
- Run a high-performing 360 desk within your specialist market
- Take ownership of a vertical within (Construction, Civils, M&E, or Renewables)
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants / delivery staff
- Play a key role in hiring and building out your own team
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
