This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Lawyer seeking high-quality work, fantastic client exposure and a leadership role within a growing practice.

The Opportunity:

The role involves advising across a broad range of real estate finance matters, acting for a mix of lenders, borrowers and alternative capital providers. The work is varied and includes investment and development finance, structured transactions and complex funding arrangements.

The team also has a strong reputation for handling distressed real estate, restructuring and insolvency-related matters, working closely with lenders, borrowers and external advisers on time-sensitive and high-value situations.
