Job Overview To lead the delivery of talent management initiatives that develop leadership pipeline and support organisational growth. The role manages talent programmes, drives personalised development, and partners with business leaders to ensure talents are effectively supported and developed for future organisational needs.
Responsibilities - Talent Programme Management : Leads the end‑to‑end delivery of talent programmes, including leadership development initiatives, job rotations, secondments, attachments and postgraduate scholarship awards. Oversees the full lifecycle of the Graduate Associate Programme, including attraction, selection, and structured rotations to support talent development. Manages nomination, short‑listing and selection processes, ensuring strong governance and documentation. Oversees programme implementation and follow‑through to ensure timely completion of development milestones.
