Manager, Workforce Transformation – PwC Canada. Leads end‑to‑end workforce and talent transformation initiatives, driving strategy, design, and implementation for clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements from strategy through to implementation.
- Collaborate with PwC and client teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Control engagement economics and ensure delivery excellence.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying opportunities with new or existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of technical acumen locally, nationally and globally.
- Build internal relationships and promote the PwC brand.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deliverables and navigate change.
