Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and growth of Children Services to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and clinical excellence.

Partner closely with consultants to identify, evaluate, and implement new clinical services, programmes, service packages, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive service growth and revenue.

Conduct clinical benchmarking, market analysis, and research on best practices adopted by leading healthcare institutions locally and internationally.

Drive service innovation through data analysis, clinical outcome measurement, referral pathway development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Support the development of strategic focus areas including PICU, Haematology & Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Paediatric Surgery, Congenital Heart Services, Paediatric Urology, and Paediatric Emergency Services.
